6. One month of dues at Las Vegas Athletic Club.
7. Open access to staff for support.

Weight Loss Plan II — Patience & Endurance $999.00

1. Initial consultation to access goals, metabolic assessment, before and after pictures.
2. Instructional weight loss plan book.
3. Instructions on how to administer home treatment, food and preparation.
4. 30-45 day supply of medication and supplies needed.
5. Visits weekly to monitor progress.
6. One Medical Massage
7. Chance to speak at Seminars to show off your results.
8. Shopping trip with our trained staff for food selection.
9. Consultation and one week of plan meals prepared by our chef (APCA certified American chef, MCFE (Master certified food executive through IFSTA, certified culinary of arts degree).

Weight Loss Plan III — Fast Trac $4,499.00

This package will help you lose the inches fast, and teach you how to structure your life for success in the future. Includes:

1. Initial consultation.
2. One month of weight loss medication.
3. Four B-12 shots (one per week for four weeks).
4. Two Medical Massages
5. Chance to speak at monthly seminars.
6. Consult with Chef Robert and receive one week of meals after treatment.
7. Consult with a certified personal trainer, nutritional body assessment, training program set up, and proper use of equipment.
8. Open access to staff for support and food selection.
9. Weekly visits to monitor progress.
10. One SA Body Sculpture treatment (up to 3 areas)*.
